He states he now spends 4 hours a week at the gym. He stresses that he was a hardgainer, and did not look forward to the “daily prison sentence” at the gym. Now that he has achieved his goal, he is basically in a maintenance mode.
In one of his blogs, he mentions that he does not always sustain the high bodybuilding standard necessary for modeling and competition. His body does go out of shape. However, at times when he is called upon to perform as a model, he will go on a training program before the assignment, and reestablish the definition of his musculature fairly quickly.
