Vaclav Gregor’s Bodybuilding, for Hardgainers
Make sure that you take a picture of yourself on day 1 and after you finish the program (or sooner if you like what you see) and send me these pictures along with a written or recorded story of how this program changed your life!
When you learn that Vaclav Gregor developed his bodybuilding method in the Check Republic and yet is writing for us in English, you know that he has achieved a lot in being able to develop his course. His attention to a young man’s natural resistance to teaching is a feature of special note and value, and will save a new bodybuilder years of failure if attention is paid to his gentle warnings. You can review his independent and original approach to bodybuilding if you Click Here!
The thing we like about his program is that he knows us very well. He knows we do not want to make time for bodybuilding. He knows we should, and he knows we can.
. . . even if you understand how a workout should be structured you still need to have an exact plan for exercises, reps, sets and rest periods.
—BTW if this seems stupid, then you should know that the vast majority of beginners usually don’t bother with either of those steps and then three years later wonder why all that high protein diet and muscle building supplements did exactly nothing to their muscle growth.
He has a plan for beginning, intermediate, and advanced bodybuilders. He also tackles the problem of time to work out. He states:
There is a special type of training that you can do just 4 times a week and in just 43 minutes be out of gym, including showering!
With this type of training you can work out in the morning before work, or at a launch time when everyone is stuffing themselves with junk food. You will be back in the office even before they get back from the lunch, how cool would that be?
No time wasted at all.
And let’s not kid ourselves, this area of your life is important, we all know that better looking people get better jobs and make more money, so you could as well take advantage of that.
And even if you don’t want to train in the morning before work or at a launch time, everyone can find 43 minutes a day when you can benefit so much from the outcome.
While we are not in agreement with Gregor’s approach to diet, we can’t deny that his method works, and there are likely many individuals who will prefer to focus solely on weight training and have more freedom to eat what they prefer than is typical in a bodybuilding program.
So we’re offering you the opportunity to review this serious-minded approach to body-building from someone who knows your flaw of rejecting good advice, and can cajole you into listening exactly because he knows what works, and knows that if you listen to him, you will find out what works for you.
This is a very thorough program which can take 2 months or 8 months. Gregor provides over 130 videos of exercises, and explains why you need to vary your exercise routine to keep your muscles from settling into a predictable pattern. He also focuses on the need to build the muscles in such a manner as to give you the most ideal male form, which is a V-shape, with emphasis on wide shoulders.
The cost of this program is very affordable, and it promises to educate you thoroughly on how to sculpt your body into the most desirable form for your physique.
