BodybuildingAnatomy.com recommends:
Don’t ban the sugary, giant-sized, Big Gulp, like New York Mayor, Michael Bloomberg. After all, the ban has been deemed unconstitutional by the NY Supreme Court as of June 26, 2014.
Instead, follow the BodybuildingAnatomy.com 3 steps.
Step 1: Visualize
Take a Pre-Test you make up, or take measurements or pictures. Inform yourself about bodybuilding paths, and make them available to yourself. Buy the groceries, know the exercises, adopt a plan.
Step 2: Act
Incorporate the plan into your lifestyle. Forge a plan you can live with, identify what is possible, set up your household to make it possible, and carry it out, day by day, allowing yourself days off.
Step 3: Evaluate
Record progress. Compare before and after in some way. The more you visualize by a pre-test, the more you can evaluate improvement.
Plan 1. Match nutrition and exercise to your body type and preferences.
Kyle Leon identifies 3 basic body types and explains what diet each type needs to lose weight. He identifies optional exercises which speed up the process, and offers a Muscle Maximizer program for more serious bodybuilders.
Plan 2. Women: Target the female hormones.
Follow The Venus Factor program to shape your body without over-exercising or over-dieting.
Plan 3. Exercise anywhere, include fresh juices, feel younger.
If you have a busy lifestyle, you’ll love the buoyant Roger Haeske’s free newsletter with raw food and on-the-spot exercise tips, whether you follow his methods or not.
Plan 4. Men: Exercise shoulders more, eat as you like.
Vaclav Gregor provides videos for a challenging exercise regimen. If you respond to his encouraging style, you will achieve the Hollywood male V-Shape.
Plan 5. Men: Hollywood male V-shape, with science and detail.
Vincent Del Monte provides videos with detailed exercises, diet plans, and ways to record your progress.
Add-on 1. See Musculature and Learn Anatomical Functions.
You can have your own online illustrated anatomical dictionary. With Animated Anatomy, you can peel away layers of the body, to investigate in depth the questions you have about the body and its function. It’s helpful to visualize not only musculature, but also its skeletal underpinning, and the way the internal organs handle our food intake. The more we visualize, the deeper will be our understanding of our goal, and the more likely we are to achieve that goal.
Add-on 2. Draw the Human Figure.
Surely, one can take a photograph. But for some of us, visualizing muscular anatomy by drawing muscles is a bigger challenge, and provides a more informed path to forming the body we want.
