How to do a p90x chin up and pull up exercise with a Resistance band?

i want to start p90x i have only one problem its the chin up exercise i bought a resistance band because i can’t put a chin up bar around anywhere in my house including the ones that use the door frame but i don’t know how to do the exercise that require the chin up with a resistance band.

All you have to do is buy a door anchor attachment for resistance bands, which you attach over your door. This is how I used my resistance bands during the P90x cycle and it worked great, just make sure the door your using is sturdy and has three hinges. You could get one from like 2-10 dollars, just google it.

Most of us spend much of our day in a sitting position. Think about it, sleep for 7-8 hours and most of those who may be in the fetal position, the drive may be up for work … sitting, then stood behind a desk, when you get home you are sitting in front television to relax. Added to this, if you take time to exercise, you can honestly say that you have completed your session with good stretching routine? Basta think about your poor muscles grouped demanded a BIG stretch!

I realize that I just wanted make a big generalization, but it helps, hope you understand where I come from. There are several ways to stretch and opinions of the best time to stretch before exercise, during, after or not at all! Some people think I need to stretch if you exercise or not, and other not. Thus, it can be confusing.

To keep this simple advice is for those who did perform a static stretching routine for himself and not before or after a workout. I have no intention of adding to this whole debate theories, but what I do is to maintain clear and concise, so keep reading!

Benefits of stretching:

* Can improve your flexibility.
* It helps you relax.
* Reduces the risk of sprain or muscle strain.
* You can reduce the risk of problems back.
* You can reduce post-exercise muscle pain.
* You can reduce stress on the muscle.

Warming. Before you begin your stretching routine that I recommend that "warm up" muscles before doing so. Stretching is often mistakenly viewed as a sufficient form of warm up your muscles, your account significant slight warming up before stretching is a safer option than the warm-up routine will increase blood flow to muscles and therefore reduce the risk of injury prior to stretching.

A soft light warm-up should consist rotational joints such as shoulders, hips, knees and ankles, followed by flexible to brisk walking or walking or jogging in place. This should take about 5 minutes or less until you feel warm and a little encouragement.

Types of stretching. Stretching can be divided into 5 different techniques: static, ballistic, passive, ballistic, dynamic and proprioceptive. If you are a beginner I would recommend the easiest and simplest technique for cool slowly in the static stretching in which stretching the muscle to a point where you feel the tension and to exploit the stretch about 15-20 seconds.

Stretching can improve flexibility of static and time is one of the safest forms of stretch. Good luck with your journey to improve flexibility!

Has anyone ever been exposed on more then 1 or 2 occasions to the weed killer Round-up n if so what symptoms?

My Girlfriend recently discovered, what was foaming on all her window screens, Door knobs, sidewalks ,cover for her hot tub n sides of it, by having some analyzed, n yes it was round-up..as she has nt any use to use such a product around her place(bark-a-mulched) was baffled why it was found on all of it..TILL she realized it was evidently done on purpose ,to make her sick?? and when she called number for poison control , the information given about symptoms were limited to say the least, as round-up is only used on occasion once or twice a yr!! not to be in contact with a person on ?Daily contact with such a product for long period of time approx 6 to 8 months is unknown territory!..!rash n upset tummy, are only symtoms they said , but she has many more then that and a few are severe,including halusinations,and light flashes before her eyes even in total darkness..Please share any information you might know of , that might help us..

A relative of mine was exposed to dursban, which is an insect killer in close relation to the chemical found in Round Up. Now she is sensitive to Round Up when exposed.

She didn’t have a rash or upset stomach. She had the following symptoms
Blurred Vision
Lost of Taste
Minor Tongue Swelling
Headache
Minor Amnesia
Dizziness
Minor Hallucinations

I’d get her to the doctor’s office and have her tested for chemical exposure. If your office is not open tomorrow, or the symptoms worsen, take her to the closest hospital and have her checked out in the ER.

This sounds terrible. That is ALOT of exposure and I hope that everything works out okay.

Once resolved, she might have slight reactions to household chemicals, but there should not be any lasting damage.
