Numbness in the quad muscle?

Hello – I'm miles of bike longer than usual in recent weeks and I noticed that my left quad cramped. Im finding it hard to bulk up the inner areas of my legs. The outer part of my legs look really toned but what exercises can I do to help build the inner areas. Any advice..thanks.

What do you eat when you want to lose weight (gut) and you want to build muscle mass?

I’ve read that in order to lose weight, you have to eat less than you burn.

I’ve also read that in order to build muscle, you have to eat more than you burn (balance diet of course)

If I want to lose the gut and build muscle mass all over my body, then what the hell do I eat? And how much should I eat?

LOL to that guy ‘kevin s’ who says eat protein and fruit and veggies but no carbs at all…. even though fruits and veggies are carbs!! LOL idiot!! anyway you dont want to not eat carbs!! Eat 6 meals a day, each meal containing complex carbohydrate and lean protein. I would focus on building muscle and doing some cardio exercise. I wouldn’t try and count your calories, because if you are building muscle and eating healthy, and doing cardio, you will notice that you will gain muscle and reduce fat. The trick is to make sure you’re never hungry so that your body isn’t afraid to use up your fat, afterall, your fat is your emergency energy stores for your body to use. Some examples of the kinds of food you should eat are: carbohydrates first – brown bread, brown rice, potatoes, any kind of veg, weetabix, shredded wheat, alpen (best breakfast in my opinion as it contains oats, wheat and nuts)… good lean proteins are: Tuna, Salmon, any fish actually (apart from deep fried breaded/battered fish of course) Cottage cheese, eggs, steaks, minced beef, etc. Some carbohydrate foods contain slightly higher protein levels aswell such as… wild rice, beans, etc. So these would be good to mix with your lean protein foods. And of course, whey protein is a good way of boosting your protein intake.

I am kind of getting too big as in work out in that way getting more muscle mass and stuff, just help me with a workout that will get me toner and leaner, flatter chest, firm butt haha (really its kinda big), everything all around leaner and toner
