yeah wel i dont think 100 skips could do any harm

start with something like 60 skips, 20 situps, 20 crunches and then increase the number by, say 5 every other day

try that for a few weeks and see how it goes

1200 calorie diet with alot of exercise?

Hey. I’m 5′6″, 147lbs and I would like to have lost 14lbs by christmas. Thats about, what, 6 or 7 weeks away? So that would mean I have to loose 1 – 2 pounds a week, and that would make me 133lbs. Then I would like to lose another 7 – 10lbs by March 08. If I restrict my calorie intake to 1200 (normally it’s about 2000ish), and workout everyday, do you think this is possible? I plan to do Vicky Entwistle’s ‘Weight off Workout’ first, with 10 minute jump roping and 10 minutes on the stepper with 1kg dumbells, then possibly move to a harder DVD. Maybe Pump it Up? I’ve tried before but found it too hard on my body as I was NOT in shape for it. Do you think this is reasonable and possible to do without harming my body? I’m open to suggestions. :)

I think the calorie intake should be higher for all the increased exercise, especially if you are in your teens, about 1700, you will be burning more.
Note: -3000 calories over any period of time
= 1lbs weight loss, without exercise. hope that helps. Also when exercising that way measure loss in inches not pounds as muscle weighs much more than fat. Get some wish pants to check your progress, When they fit you have made it..=)

Skipping Jump

Many people who play basketball want to learn to jump higher so they can be in the game that would help the team win. Whether to take over that rebound or making a dunk as the buzzer sounded really go very high may help your game but to jump does not come naturally to some and you have to work. If you are unsure what to do, then let me be the one to help.

You see, the exercises that are necessary to help you learn to jump higher are those not generally require no special equipment or pay a gym. The exercises I find useful are those that can do almost anytime, anywhere. If, while on the couch watching the game or walking around the room, you can do something to tone the calf muscles and others. A small change you can do is to attach weights to the ankles for when you are running or are just cleaning the garage. No need to add much weight, if you can add two pounds or five books, no matter as long as you are doing enough to build his leg strength.

Of course, there are other things to help you learn to jump higher. You think that stupid saying this, but something that really help build the calves and leg muscles by skipping others. Skipping probably not the first thing that comes to mind when you start thinking of ways to build leg strength, but it should be. To see I say, imagine jumping and thought that his leg muscles are involved to take off. Of course, you can not expect fair results on Dally and whenever the spring of land use toes to go further each time. Not only will it create the necessary muscles, but also help them work with others.

Jogging is another way that can help your game course not only can go on a three mile sprint and hope back alive, but if you start easy and work your way down the distance you want you will see a total change in itself. His lungs have more air, Your legs will be stronger and your body begins to change because of the different muscles used. Is it something that can help you learn to jump higher high that the muscles worked will be those who will help you reach your goal.

The increase in the fingers himself and then down a quantity impressive muscles, especially in the calves. Quads work is also something that is very important and can be done by doing squats, we all know and love.

The important point is that anything done to the extreme can have all the fun out of it. But if you work in moderation that will allow your body to work in exchange for good in a way that can not tolerate.
