If you have maybe 1 or 2 tiles you absolutely must reuse, you could always try soaking them in some type of solvent or adhesive remover

So many people in today’s world are unhappy in their job, but are to afraid to leave it for fear that they will not find another due to the way the current global economy is headed. People all around the world are selling themselves short by sticking in the 9-5 job making money for someone they may not even know and going home with bearly enough to survive on.

Does this sound like you? Well this was me down to a ‘T’ only 4 months ago. I worked in a horrible telesales job for over 2 years. On a daily basis I was shouted abuse at by customers over the phone and got no praise from my boss for the gruelling labour that I did.

One day I decided I had had enough of it and started to look at other options for my career path, while is still worked in the telesales job.

I looked for jobs in every single category you can think of apart from male prostitute, but either nothing interested me or the position was ‘unavailable at present’. It wasn’t until I took a look at some of the job opportunities available online that I found a way to quit my day job and make even more money working at home, online.

Affiliate Marketing

I first discovered affiliate marketing when I decided to purchase the ‘My Online Income System’ (MOIS) work from home package. I noticed 1 major difference between MOIS and other online money making packages : MOIS made claims that you can make anywhere from $50 – $150 per day online through their program, other programs I have come across make WILD claims that you can make thousands of dollars per day, and 1 thing I’ve always been told is that if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

MOIS offers a 60 day course in internet affiliate marketing and will cater for the most extreme of novices to the most advance internet user. You will learn more with the MOIS course than with any other course.

Their support structure is amazing also. The give you a complementary phone call a few days after you start you 60 day program to see what your goals are and if you need any help throughout the course you can call them.

My Goal :
My goal is that in 1 years time I will have enough money made from MOIS to travel the world training in some of the most famous MMA gyms in the world. I will start in Sin City, Las Vegas, Nevada and train in Xtreme Couture. Then I will head west to Surf City, Huntington Beach, California and train in HB Ultimate. Then I will head off to Thailand for 3 months and work on my Muay Thai to become the ultimate of ultimate fighters… Hey, a guy can dream can’t he.

Set your goal before you start and don’t give up until you’ve reached it. Quit your day job and live the life you’ve always dreamt of as a child.

What else does one need apart from an solid body guitar to play it?

What other equipments are needed to play a solid body guitar???

You’ll need an amp/computer (preferably running Guitar Rig/Guitar FX Box). If you’re using the computer, you’ll need a mono to stereo converter for the jack which you can then plug into the line in part of your sound card.

Also you’ll need a plectrum :P

iron gym and the iron gym xtreme, any differences?

I, believe it or not, have both of them. Long story. There is a difference in the two.
The Iron Gym (Regular) is the same thing only with less gripping positions for pull-ups and push-ups.
The Iron Gym Extreme has more gripping positions for you to use when working out.
There is a $10.00 price difference. I’d say go with the iron Gym extreme because there is no large difference in price but not a huge difference in mechanics either.
Here is a picture of both.

Master Home

Master Home

Most families living in the modern world, devoting a substantial portion of their monthly income to pay a mortgage.

You can save money by refinancing your mortgage, sometimes over 5 figures a year (depending on the size of the mortgage), and there are three main reasons for which an individual or a family decides to refinance their mortgage.

Before entering the three reasons, first let me say that generally the primary motivation for refinancing a home mortgage is to obtain an interest rate. The three reasons I speak of going beyond simply trying to reduce the interest rate, and what kind of goes without saying that everyone wants an interest rate lower.

The first reason that people choose to refinance is to reduce or eliminate the risk of an interest rate increased by changing mortgages to floating rate mortgages to fixed rate.

Most people sign up for a time rate revisable first time you get your mortgage because of low introductory rate tempting. What is not taken into account in this moment is the road after a few years, the rate is adjusted to a point where it is as high as 1.2% above the normal flat rate.

When interest rates to adjust, more often than not in shape and not decreasing. This can be dangerous, especially if the adjustment period is short, and a good way to offset or eliminate this risk is to refinance a new mortgage with a fixed interest rate.

The second reason, people tend to refinance your mortgage is obtaining a lump sum of cash surplus. We will work with a bank or lender to repay your existing mortgage, then take a new mortgage that exceeds the value to be repaid home. Thus, they find themselves with a certain amount of money left, if $ 5,000 or $ 100,000. The term for this is "cash-out refinancing.

Cash-out Refinancing can be a good idea for some funding as a major home improvement or new car. A disadvantage is often difficult Poential to get the same low interest rates with the withdrawal of cash funding that would have been a simple refinancing of home and nothing more.

The third reason most people refinance their mortgages is to switch from one loan to a subprime loan principal. The principle behind the market in subprime mortgage lending is to provide an option for most potential borrowers who do not meet very stringent market loan principal.

A person who makes a loan subprime mortgage usually do not take into account the interest rate that higher pay, and are busy making money at home as soon as possible.

When switching from mortgages high-risk subprime, so generally able to save 1-4% interest rates, and the lender will be more willing to accept the return because it will be enjoyable as well qualified.

Kids Playroom

Kids Playroom

Kids Playroom
What’s the most ingenious thing you’ve got in your playroom?

My baby’s only 9-months old and my once uncluttered living room’s current decorating theme can only be described as “urban toystore.”

I’m about to make a playroom. It’s in the basement and it’s carpeted. There’s an entertainment unit with a TV and some shelves of Disney videos in there already, but other than that it’s a blank slate.

I know I need lots of storage and I’m thinking about a little desk/craft table or easel and a couple comfy kids chairs (maybe beanbags or those foam ones that flip open, kinda like a bed…)

I know lots of people say chalkboard paint on the walls, but I’m not sure about that… is it really a good idea to tell your kid it’s alright to draw on the walls? Also, is it easy to paint over when you don’t want a playroom anymore?

Any tips would be appreciated!!
Thanks!

I’ve found that the best addition I made to my son’s playroom was a short set of shelves that held brightly colored plastic bins. The bins are greatly for storing loose toys of all sizes so that the rest of his playroom doesn’t appear cluttered, and are easily accessible by young children. My son loves the fact that he can see and get to all of his favorite toys, and the fun colored bin encourages quick and easy cleanup (even by my toddler!).

Here’s an example of what I am talking about:

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2342897&cp=2255956.2273442.2257861.2257864.2257877&view=all&parentPage=family

I love the idea of chalkboard paint on the walls because it encourages creativity, but I think you need to keep in mind that young children can’t always distinguish when a behavior is appropriate and when it isn’t. I’d be afraid that my son would transfer his wall writing skills to other venues – other people’s homes, school, even your other non-chalkboard painted walls.

Can floor mats from my car go in the laundry?

I really jinxed myself today and stepped on a dog turd, and did not notice until there was a massive smear across my floor mat. Can they go in the washer and the driver?

I don’t think that will be wise. put them out side on the concrete and scrub them with a mopping brush detergent and run water on them until the stain is gone. When they gets clean, use some sort of deodorizer they sell at the pet store and let air dry
