What are the best exercises for an elastic resistance band? Specifically ones that would work the pectorals?
I have an exercise resistance band……..What are the best exercises for it…….Especially ones that would be good for the upper body/pectoral muscles?
bicep curls- step on the band and do regular bicep curls tricep kickbacks- make a loop in the band, step on on it(so it shortens up the cord), lean over and kick your arms backwards til they are parallel with the floor. swimmers press- step on the band and bring arms to 90 degree angle at the elbow (hands facing up) then extend arms above you ( palms facing away from you), then go back to 90 angle.
those are a few for arms and shoulders if you want to work on pecs try pushups. suing your own body should be enough but if it isn’t then vary the pushups for example in the push up position take your right arm and extended it farther away and then do it with your left.

Are rubber bands generally used at the end of a braces treatment?
I just got two rubber bands today, one on each side of my mouth- I’ve heard this usually signifies the remote end of one’s experience with braces. I’ve had braces for 8 months now- my case wasn’t really all that bad to begin with, and now the only problems I’m noticing with my teeth are the few spaces between the top row and bottom row in the front.
Yes, rubber bands are typically used at the end of treatment. I got mine in November and stopped them in March. Then I had to get some “finishing” wires just to even out the lengths of my teeth. And now they’re coming off in 3 days! But yes, you should be nearing the end of your treatment.

My dog needs more exercise than just treadmills?
I'm too lazy to take my dog for a walk, but she likes the carpet stock. I am concerned not enough, however. She is a purebred German St.doodle-tzu, and is only 120 pounds! It needs to be bigger for you to fight against a tile to come into our yard and pick on him. It takes more muscle! Should I buy a bo-flex?
Personally, I would buy an electric fence if you have a yard. They are an excellent way for dogs to go out and run without leakage. This way you can simply leave out and can work. You can stay in the door and throw a ball so it will run at all! Lol It may be lazy year! It is a relationship perfect!. Hope this helps! <3

How to do a p90x chin up and pull up exercise with a Resistance band?
i want to start p90x i have only one problem its the chin up exercise i bought a resistance band because i can’t put a chin up bar around anywhere in my house including the ones that use the door frame but i don’t know how to do the exercise that require the chin up with a resistance band.
All you have to do is buy a door anchor attachment for resistance bands, which you attach over your door. This is how I used my resistance bands during the P90x cycle and it worked great, just make sure the door your using is sturdy and has three hinges. You could get one from like 2-10 dollars, just google it.

What are some workouts for better golf right away / Strength and balance? I am 14 and hit the ball in most of the 260 or 250. Sometimes I lose my balance after the rollover. I do not go to a gym, but I have some weights and a tape in my house.
To make an effort to use the weights and body weight for a full body routine course, but try to concentrate in the core and lower body. Lower body: squats, strokes, leg lifts and curls, sprint skipping Home: sit-ups/curls/crunches (including oblique side), Superman for the abdominals and back. Arms / shoulders biceps / triceps curls, pull-ups push-ups, dips, military press yoga, Pilates, running and stretching can increase flexibility and range of motion, which would add distance. Consider obtaining a DVD or book (you can even be free library) or take a class if you can afford. Run on the treadmill, swimming, cycling, jumping rope, etc. to increase your overall fitness and strength, or heating / cooling before or after strength routines. Hopefully this works already in playing a round, if not out of the car – You can save more money and get a workout.

without normal weight gain of 18 weeks …?
OK, so I'm 18 weeks with my first child and I have not had any weight they have lost weight since I discovered I was pregnant. I think now I should have earned at least a little weight … I heavy before I was pregnant, I had a pretty average kind on the body, I am active, but not really a sport …. How can I gain weight in any security if it is not normal? I have not experienced morning sickness, I did not vomit once … good luck
Iam overweight but I have not lost weight have also weighed 238 when I got pregnant with droppin continued until I reached 224, including just gained weight during my last ob visit, but only € 1 225 and IAM 27 weeks prego so yes its normal it just depends on your pregnancy, but never had morning sickness

i’ve been using one to work out, i worked out five days in a row on a stationary bike for about 30mins to an hour. i noticed i lost weight and was less bloated so i was pretty excited. but yesterday i was gone most of the day so i didn’t have time to work out and this morning i weighed myself again and i weighed 3 pounds more than i did on friday.
The excess water does not stay off for good. We tend to re-hydrate quickly. The body is careful to maintain its water content. Fat loss can be more permanent.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I use an elliptical machine as my main source of daily exercise. However, I’m not sure what kind of diet would best compliment that kind of workout. I’m more looking to loose some fat and tone rather than build crazy muscle. Any ideas?

an elliptical machine gives you a good cardiovascular work out, so a diet that incorporates some good carbs would be good.
if you lift a lot of weights you’ll need a lot of protein to restore your muscles
so a balanced diet with carbs to give you fuel for your cardio work out would be recommended.
