I would like to know what you think is the best way to get Abdominal muscles?

Apart from exercisers, what else do I need to do?

2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Which is better crunches/sit-ups with gym equipment or just your normal on the floor method?

So I have done my share of crunches and sit-ups on the floor and it usually hurts my back and takes at least 20 reps to feel it.

I just gym equipment today for the first time with a lil over 50lbs and felt it right away.

My back still hurt but I’m wondering which is a better workout for my abs.

So which is better?

Well everyday when i came home i used to do 500 crunches and in a week i had abs, so i say the at home method works just fine.

Approximately how much would it cost to purchase gym equipment?

I’m a gymnast and would really love to get more practice time in so I was wondering how much it would cost to purchase a gymnastics floor, a few mats and maybe a fast trak.

A floor used is like 25,000 new 30,000 -35,000
cumulative mats can cost a little less
and a fast track is about the same
in all it can cost at least 70,000

I am P90X Extreme Home Fitness with Tony Horton 13 DVD Beachbody, and wondered what other eqiupment (exersising ball, yoga mat, etc.) Do I need?

Please someone who knows about bodybuilding, perhaps a personal trainer.?

Im 14 years old and have worked for 8 months. Ive gained 40 pounds more muscle and strength, very pleasant for weapons, etc., but now I'm stuck on a plateau is my body adapted to my training and already is growing, and if it is lower than it used to wayyyy culture a. My plan is as follows: Monday-chest, triceps, back, biceps Wednesday, Friday forearm, shoulder, trap, ABS now out of this I Plateu change my plan? I too tired after the mound and then do triceps their full potential. I thought maybe biceps Monday Tues-Fri triceps chest trap shoulder, back This plan started yesterday and IM systems is also beginning to decline. I do a session day and time to develop a week I IM dotn think overtraining. Can it work? Any other way out of a plateau? its very frustrating! much real money before, but now even a change. I need to know how to break it.

Do home gym machines give you the same body as the better quality gym equipment?

I just bought a crosstrainer and bike for home. They are decent quality.
I am now getting worried i would have gotten a better figure using the gym quality equipment?
Or do you think the equipment is basically the same?
can somone help, because im getting upset bout it!

the people at the gym buy the equipment from the same places as any home buyer………..

home equipment might actually be better becuase a gym has to buy dozens of the same equipment so they may spare some expense in order to save money, whilst a person at home might buy a higher end machine because they are only buying one piece of equipment.
