What is the best workout/exercise video for weight loss?

I am not focusing on any particular body area, just looking for all over slim down, what is the best suggestion???

Tae Bo (spelling?) will kick your butt!!!
We used to have to do that in highschool gym class.

I also looovve Pilates for toning. (once tae bo gets you to your goal weight)
