Acceptable Amount of Deformation For a Aerobic Step Device made out of Propylene?

I am interested in finding an acceptable amount of deformation for a device (aerobic step) which is made out of plastic (propylene). Does <0.5mm sound about right?

for a step yes that’s fine you don’t need that high of a tolerance
all though less is better
