Walking, weightloss, Leslie Sansone Videos?
I’d like to know if anyone has lost weight following the Leslie Sansone in home walking videos…if so, how much and how long did it talk you…and how ofted did you work out? I’ve bought a bunch to use during the winter months and would like to know if there are any success stories out there. Thanks!
I’ve lost about 30 pounds in 4 months so far, by doing her 2 Mile Walk 5 times a week, and eating 2000 calories a day.

are the shower room in deerfield, il, or any other bally a open area where everyone can see you or is it in a privite section/room.

I’m a gymnast and would really love to get more practice time in so I was wondering how much it would cost to purchase a gymnastics floor, a few mats and maybe a fast trak.
A floor used is like 25,000 new 30,000 -35,000 cumulative mats can cost a little less and a fast track is about the same in all it can cost at least 70,000

I goto 24 Hour Fitness Center 4 days a week. I do some resistance training(35-40)mins and running for 10 mins. My goal is burning fat and also building muscle at the same time. Is it possible?. I want to be sure that I only burn extra fat in my body not my muscles, as if I burn my existing muscle it better for me to stop doing all this. Please advice me on this, how to burn only fat and also build muscle.
Also should I eat protein bar on the day I goto fitness center, or can I eat protein bar when ever I wish?.
Another question is, presently I am able to lift more weights than I did a month ago. Does it really mean that I built more muscle or its just that my body got used to the traning. I cannot see any physical difference in my biseps or calf muscle.
If your body has carbohydrates available, that will be the preferred fuel for your muscles. Don’t worry about the protein bar. If you get enough protein in your food, you are fine. If you’re not sure, the protein bar is OK. Make sure that an hour or two before you work out you get a mix of carbohydrates in your system (simple and complex) and you will have no problems.
As you enter the aerobic regime, you will begin to burn fat. You need to run a little longer to do this – try running 20 minutes instead of 10.
Your biceps and calves don’t respond to weight training with much “size.” Your pectorals, thighs, and triceps do.
Remember that if you are lifting for high weight capacity (10-8-6 reps or even less) you are half training your brain to twitch higher percentages of the muscle, and you are not building big muscles. If you bump up the reps (3×15, 3×12, or 12-10-8, that type of thing) you are putting a lot of work onto your muscles and they will respond by building up. They are both legitimate, but it sounds like you are trying high weights and you should not expect that to build bulk muscle quickly.

Would combining a fat burner with the special K diet work better along with exercise?
I know that any form of fat burner should be combined with diet and exercise. I’m not lazy. But if I were to do the Special K diet along with a fat burner would that work seeing as how the Special K is a diet? Or should I do something more alonmg the lines of the grapefruit diet? I have a Bowflex so the exercise is covered??

Alright, Frys put out an ad today showing that they have a combo deal for an AMD Athlon X2 5600+ dual core processor WITH an ECS Geforce6100SM-M motherboard for only $185.99.
Right now, I have an ASUS K8V Deluxe motherboard with a AMD 2.45 Ghz processor. I have a ATI X800XT AGP videocard with 1.5 gigs of DDRam.
Now, the thing with this new ECS motherboard is that even though it has a PCI-E 16x, it is only able to run at 8x speed. My current setup has one of the top of the line AGP cards. Would buying the new MB and CPU coupled with a new PCI-E video card (Around $150) still be a much faster gaming system with the PCI-E at 8x than my current one?
Sorry…I probably made this very confusing.
You will be moving up to dual core technology on the CPU, this is a plus, next you will be moving up to PCIx even at 8x will still be faster than your current AGP 8x setup. If you install a similar video card as your AGP product then everything should be faster. Make sure you pump up the system RAM.

I wondering if there is any kind of device that will count the calories you burn throughout the day. I’m not taking about a step counter or jump rope with a calorie counter. I’m trying to figure out many calories I burn doing normal activities, such as cleaning house, doing errands and things like that, so I can figure out how many more calories I need to burn off doing excersice.
