It’s called something like Flirt Workout or MyFlirt workout. It’s sort of like Tae Bo only you’re dancing like a stipper…..and they even throw in your very own stripper pole with your order.

Ha ha….this sounds like something made up….but seriously its real. If I knew the exact name for it, I’d post a link.

Help me out ya broads…..I know some of you know what I’m talking about.

Oh and it relates to marriage because…..this is the “spice” these broads talk about to keep a marriage from going stale.

Actually, these types of workouts have been around awhile – Carmen Electra, for instance, has a whole series of DVDs called Aerobic Striptease, and a friend of mine teaches something similar called “Femme Fatale Workout.” I’ve tried them both a number of times, although I’m spicy enough without them.

The practice of breathing in yoga helps to relax muscles and minds and carries oxygen necessary for our cells. This produces a feeling of calm and confidence, and also gives us a better quality of sleep, which opens the space and we can focus our attention on all aspects of our lives and be present in our current business, without having to worry about what happened in the past or will happen in the future.

The deep breathing in yoga reduces our stress levels because it reduces the body's hormones that are released when we overwhelmed. Different yoga poses create a relaxation response and helps us achieve a state of inner calm to more attention, vigilance and attention. Many people routinely practice with success these 30 minutes of yoga every day to stay in balance, alert and productive. evidence of insulin resistance?

for centuries, I had a lot of symtpoms that seem to coincide with the resistance Insulin-like strain abdominal gas, extreme fatigue, irritability, weakness, dizziness, so I do not then when they feel too. I'm pretty sure have PCOS waiting in the ratio of doctors and read which is generally related to PCOS and im pretty sure Ive been properly tested for insulin that thing that someone can tell me exactly what tests ask this? I had a blood glucose test so many years after fading badly in the hospital and the doctors thought I was diabetic because there audible sure? but later said he was not. Im sure Ive had a blood glucose test was normal, but I've never had a test of fasting glucose or nothing. I seem to receive significant. Can anyone help?

Talk to your doctor. A Simple blood test may be done first thing in the morning. Just prick your finger, dip the strip into a drop of blood on his finger, then place the tape in the machine. I check mine once or twice a year, because my brother is diabetic.

How can I make a hole in a wine bottle for an electric cord to fit through?

How can a person make a hole in a glass bottle. Like if you wanted to use the bottle for a lamp base, you would have to run an electric cord through it. How can that hole be made in glass?

HOW TO DRILL GLASS: Get a piece of steel wire and file to shape of drill. This must be tempered as follows: Heat the end of the drill on a flame until it is dull red, then place it in metallic mercury. This drill, tempered in this manner will bore through glass as easily as through soft metal. When using in glass, always use oil of turpentine with a little camphor added to lubricate the drill. As you drill, be careful not to drill clear through from one side as you will break the glass this way. Drill partly, or almost through, then start from the opposite side and finish the hole. Or, if you cannot do this, as when you are drilling bottles, etc.. fill this bottle with water or place the glass in water. CAUTION: When you make the drill, do not make the cutting edges so sharp or too acute. The drill will cut slowly but you will have better holes with less breakage.

What is the other exercise equipment that I should take?

I am P90X Extreme Home Fitness with Tony Horton 13 DVD Beachbody, and wondered what other eqiupment (exersising ball, yoga mat, etc.) Do I need?

A little yoga, exercise mats and a block or dumbbells or bands they have established. Chin up bar is also necessary. Then simply make the program work.
