Is it safe to use this?
I’m 3 months pregnant and my back is KILLING me. I have a full body back massager with a built in heating pad that I got for Christmas and I love it but my mother says I shouldn’t use it cause it could do harm to the baby. Is this true or can I relax and feel the good vibrations?

Yoga? Pilates?
My New Years Resolution is to take better care of my body, and myself, inside and out. I am trying to workout more to become healthier. I am not in good shape, i am in okay shape. Would it be okay to do a yoga class and a pilates class, or should I just chose one or the other? Which will burn more calories the fastest?
I’ve not done much pilates, but I LOVE yoga. It’s great for toning and flexibility.
For maximum weight loss, get some cardi exercise in there…but do the yoga and/or pilates to keep your muscles toned as you lose so you’re not flabby.
I have yoga videos and DVDs that I use at home and enjoy…anything with Patricia Walden or Rodney Yi works for me (others are kewl too, but theirs are my favorites).

Multi use Quad Monitor setup question?
I’m trying to build a new computer that can support 4 monitors (how you can drag windows over to the next screen etc. and I have no idea what graphics cards to get, I want to be able to do everything from average to high-end gaming to workstation type programs like 3ds max and photo shop. No clue where to start and haven’t been able to find much info on the web. Currently I’m looking at a GTX 9800 graphics gaming card, it has two DVI inputs in the back, if I got two of them would I be able to hook that into 4 monitors and control them how i want?
Yes. I would get two 9800GTX+ and run them in SLI (SLI now supports multi-screen display).
I would also recommend ultramon. It’s a program which makes it easier to manage windows with multiple displays.

Nap Time Behavior Problems at Day Care?
My 3 yr old is refusing to take his nap or even lay down at Daycare. Instead he runs around the room screaming and hitting his friends with his blanket and other things. Sometimes kicks. The teachers are calling, but he refuses to get on the phone. They relay my message – it’s nap time, you don’t have to sleep, but you do have to lay on your mat and be quiet. We have started taking toys and treats away and granted back when he is good, but that isn’t working. I don’t know what to do! He takes them at home, or at least lays there being quiet until nap time is over. I need some suggestions, before he gets kicked-out.
Are there items that your son usually has when he naps at home and does not have when he is at daycare? He might want/need a special pillow, blanket, or stuffed animal. He might need to be moved to a different area of the room. Could the teacher give him a quiet toy or a couple of books to look at while he lays down? When I worked in daycare, I was in the 3 year old room, we would allow certain ones that we knew did not nap to look at books or have a quiet toy. We also had these children in a different area of the room from the ones that did nap. If you ask for this, they should be able to accommodate these requests quite easily. You might want to talk to your son about what is expected and give him a chance to earn stickers/points for when he lays down and it quiet. With these stickers/points, he can earn treats or other rewards. Give him a goal to work for. It could be ice cream, Chuck E. Cheese, trip to the Zoo, etc. as long as it is something he will enjoy.

okay so im thinking that would ruin the whole point of buying games, BUT i have an elite (if that makes any difference) i jsut bought it and when you put a game in and press y when your about to select the game it says “press y for details” and when you press y it gives you three options “play game” “downloads” and “install game to hard drive” so if that realy works why would u buy games? i would just rent all the good new games
installing the game to the hard drive just allows your xbox to run smoother while playing that game….you still need the disc to play (had the same idea when i first heard about it)
