What is a good way to trim some fat off my tummy?
My sport’s season has ended and i’m starting to get some fat build up on my tummy/ab area. I know you’re supposed to do cardio and then and ab workout but I haven’t got the space for the cardio. Any suggestions? Swimming season has ended for me. It’s mens’ season now. I have to wait until the spring. And I really don’t have the time to drive to the gym. It’s quite far away.
