After physical exercise in the gym, is it safe to sauna for 30 minutes, then a shower?
Well, not quite sure. If you've beaten hard in the gym, you'll probably be very dehydrated anyway. The sauna can aggravate the situation, and probably dizziness and headache. Wii Active
Is EA Sports Wii Active Wheelchair compatible?
I tried to do the Wii Fit, but it didn’t work out because the balance board is required. I’m in a wheelchair (as the question implies). I’ve though about getting the Wii Active, but I don’t want to spend all that money and then it not work for me. So would Wii Active be a good games for someone in a wheelchair.
PS. I have minimal use of my legs
Gym cardio does not require balance board because it is mainly boxing and you can chose to use a balance board but personally never needed in that one, it is really good without it and you can chose all the workouts so you could probably skip the ones like the jumping rope and running.
My fitness coach as well does not use the balance board but it requires you to move around though it has a series of different workouts and it asks you what equipment you want to use. So you could chose an upper body workout with weights for instance.
But in the end I don’t think any of them would be really suitable. I have them all and will be writing more reviews.
Workouts in the gym should be fun! You are not obligated to make all possible exercises available to your club health or fitness. Plans to concentrate on completing the proper implementation of the exercise for each muscle group.
Let each major muscle group and one of the workouts. Gymnastic equipment is different in each institution. But certainly you can find right in your gym equipment to carry out at least a good exercise for each group. NOTE: If the gym does not have at least one exercise machine for each of the following muscle groups, is likely to need to find a gym better equipped.

can a physical therapist give me a knee brace or ace wrap? i have my first physical therapy appointment today for patellofemoral pain syndrome and when i walk i feel a bit off, can she give me one? or will she make me go buy one? THanx.
