Golf Stretching
My golfing buddies have been saying lately that they do not think that I have a proper golf swing. I have not been playing that long and so just felt pleased that I was having a go and enjoying it and had not really thought that much about my actual swing and even about improving any aspects of my game really. One of them explained to me how important the swing is to the game as a whole and it really made a lot of sense.
I now understand that if there is one area of my game that I have time to work extra hard on, then this is the one. It has really got me thinking about whether I should be spending some time practicing my golf. I play fairly regularly but have not really thought about doing any specific golf exercises as part of my daily exercise routine.
I feel like my general fitness is good and that helps me with the stamina I need to get round the course and I do warm up and down with them when we play and they have showed me which muscles it is important to work on, but I have not been doing any other golf exercises.
My buddies all do some specific golf stretches and suggested that by strengthening my core muscles and improving my flexibility I should be able to improve and get the proper golf swing that I am now striving for. I have asked them about the exercises that they do and they all do different ones, so I was a bit confused as to what to do myself.
I have therefore been reading quite a lot of different websites to get some idea of what types of exercises I should be doing and trying to work out which will be the best for me. It can be quite tricky as they do not always have similar exercises and some of them look quite complicated.
Also it is not always easy to tell who has written the website and what expertise they have in the area of golf exercises. I do not want to be taking advice from someone who is not an expert in their field as I am aware of how important it is to exercise safely and properly.
I decided, therefore, to choose a small selection and try them for a few weeks and see if there is any noticeable improvement. I will then try to work out whether certain exercises have been more effective than other and concentrate on doing those and try some others in place of the ineffective ones.
This will take some time, but I assume that because each of us is different we will all need slightly different exercises to help us. I am hoping that by doing this, I can get together a personal exercise plan which will not only help with my overall fitness but will also help me to achieve a proper golf swing. Despite the proliferation of electronic communication, the written word remains an ever powerful medium that should not be overlooked when it comes to health club marketing. Brand your health club’s name and make it a part of the local people’s vernacular by advertising in newspapers, free local publications, magazines, and of course, by having a web site.
On your health club’s web site, include links and articles with helpful and factual information related to fitness as well as your staff’s qualifications, information about your equipment and services, as well as location and contact details, and the hours of operation. Send out newsletters to existing clients on a periodic basis via regular mail, and offer the chance to receive e-newsletters to prospective members visiting the web site, which should also have a separate place to list special announcements about any upcoming discounts and promotions.

Toner Pain
Printer Problems?
I am at work using a big Konica Minolta Magicolor 2480 MF. It has lit up next to the word ‘error’. The display says “magenta toner not installed”. It’s not printing anything either. This is a real pain so any help would be appreciated.
If it says magenta not installed then it is either not installed or it is out of ink. In any case, someone needs to install the magenta cartridge for it to work again
Core Sculpting
How do I lose at the least 10 pounds in a few days.?
Schools coming up, and over the summer i gained so much weight. I was 123 at the end of school, and now I’m 140. I don’t live near any gyms, so I walk the dog, while I wear the Contour Core Sculpting System. I also have a trampoline that keeps me active. I am determined to loose the 10 pounds, but no diet pills.
One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I’m still hungry, I won’t eat as much as I would have.
It’s better to eat 5-6 small meals than 2 or 3 regular meals each day.

1 pound = 3500 calories.
If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.
ie, if you eat 2000 calories per day and burn 2500, you will lose 1 pound every week.

power walking can burn 200-500 calories per hour. exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour. swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour. jogging/running can burn 300-1200 calories per hour.
Also, try not to eat within 3-4 hours of going to sleep.

My husbands watch stops at 5 minutes to 11 four to five nights a week. Then he just sets it again in the morning and its fine. It doesnt happen EVERY night but more so than not. Could the battery be going dead?
