How do I get my horse to stop kicking her stall without using chains?
My 7 year old mare has a new neighbor. she’s been kicking holes in her wall since he’s moved in. I put up foam pads on her wall to help soften the blow to the wall and stop injury to herself. She had some swelling and cuts on her legs due to kicking still. Her appitite is fine, and she gets out 5 times a week with plenty of exercise. How do I get her to stop kicking without using chains? Put up boards in between her and her new pal, it’s only been there for a couple days but there’s no new holes in the foam padding. so i guess the boards worked. I couldn’t move her anyway, it’s at a huge boarding facility with a waiting list, so i couldn’t move her anytime soon.
Make it unpleasant for her. Hang sheets of metal siding on the wall loosely so that it makes a terrible noise and she can’t kick through it. Corrugated tin roofing is cheap and effective.

Fitness Equipment
Where can I sell my fitness equipment?
I have 14 toning tables that I would like to get rid of. I have been looking for a place to list or sell them to and get a good price. Ebay is a not a good site, the other tables do not sell that are listed on there. Is there any other good place?
Craigslist, industry publications, industry-specific online forums, auction houses, ask local fitness shops where they got theirs and contact that source to see if they’re interested or if they have any suggestions.

I really can’t afford a boob job now, but I got some great gel push up pads that give me some nice oomph and cleavage. I have been with my BF for almost 2 years so he knows what I REALLY look like (LOL). But, I could see how a guy would be upset if a girl false advertised right from the get go. What are your thoughts on this?
I don’t mind when my girlfriend wears them but it sure pisses my wife off when they do…

I’ve got a new PC with a good graphics card connected to a new samsung 56 inch LCD TV.
It works great, i can use the computer as usual but when we play a video using itunes, the video is jumpy. It appears to be skipping frames every now and then.
Any ideas?
Make sure your computer isn’t overheating. Try putting a fan next to it. Also make sure you are only running the itunes and nothing else.
I do those two things and have only minor skipping issues.

I am looking to start going to the gym 4 days a week… What is the best workout routine and how to use it…What Should I workout, how many sets, how many reps per set? Should I do 2 machines for each muscle group so i really focus on it or just stick with one machine for each muscle…

on this site, it gives you 4 moves for your butt, your legs, your arms, and your abs. it explains to do 10 reps on each side and do it 3-4 times a week. the work out plan is 6 weeks. you do it by alternating days…. like the first week is mon-cardio and legs, tues- rest, wed-cardio and arms, thurs-rest, fri-cardio and butt, sat-rest-, sun- cardio and abs. and then you alternate days the next week, and do it for 6 weeks! i did it and it reeeeeeeally works. hope this helped! good luck

Turbo Jam: Get on the Ball & Maximum Results?
I used to hate exercising, but now that I’ve discovered Turbo Jam, I love to workout!
I have the basic package and was wondering if anyone could offer some insight into which of the two workouts (Get on the Ball or Maximum Results) I should get. Or do you think I should get the Turbo Jam Live or possibly the Turbo Jam Deluxe package.
I’d prefer the package that has the least amount of squats and lunges, as that’s my least favourite part of Cardio Party 1. Also, I’m not really in shape, I can do both Cardio Party 1 and the 20 Minute Workout, but I had to slowly build up to it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve been doing TJ for a few months now and I still love it! I actually like to run, but started doing TJ when I injured my foot and I can tell you this: when I started running again, my endurance was AWESOME. So I think TJ really is a great workout.
Anyway, the squats are my least favorite part of Cardio Party 1 as well! I LOVE Cardio Party 3 — it’s great. I also like the 3T workout with the tubes, and the fat blaster workout.
I don’t know what comes in the packages, so I’m afraid I won’t be of any help deciding which one to get. I have not tried the ball workouts though.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
